In the 3 years prior to forming TWP Solutions in September 2010, our business development activity secured contracts and subcontracts in the welfare to work, learning and skills and enterprise sectors with a combined life time value of £290 million. This was achieved through targeted tendering and effective partnership development.
Our development work saw the business we worked for grow from just over 400 to in excess of 1000 employees, with a three-fold increase in turnover.

TWP Solutions has particular expertise in the welfare to work and skills development sectors. The team has secured Prime Contracts for Pathways to Work, Flexible New Deal, Community Task Force and a range of ESF Co-financing initiatives. Our knowledge and experience has seen us secure business from a range of funding bodies including the Department for Work and Pensions, Skills Funding Agency, LDA, Local Authorities and Regional Development Agencies. In addition, our understanding of the Skills agenda led to significant growth for our previous employer, helping them to secure national contract status for Train to Gain.
TWP Solutions was founded on the basis of supporting organisations, regardless of size to develop, grow and achieve success through doing the right thing.
