As part of our ethos TWP Solutions committed from the outset to support charitable organisations within the welfare to work and wider social inclusion sectors by donating 1% of pre-tax profits.

We are delighted that we have already been able to fulfill this pledge and are supporting the Young Million campaign launched by Common Purpose.

We are heading for a staggering statistic in the UK - one million unemployed young people. Many are desperately lookings for jobs ( and there are plenty of schemes designed to help them do so), but what about the leadership development opportunities they would have received if they were currently in employment? They are our future leaders, but without these opportunities we risk a "lost generation".

Common Purpose offer 18-25 year olds the leadership development they would have received if they were employed. By donating time or money (or both) they can run courses that will broaden their networks, expereince and self confidence.

TWP Solutions has funded 20 places on the Young Million Programme in London and the North West.
